Account & Data Deletion

The easiest way to delete your account is directly inside the KidzPAN Parent App:

1. Open the KidzPAN Parent App
2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete My Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

You will be signed out automatically after confirming.

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your parent account and login credentials
• All linked child profiles (names, ages)
• App usage and screen-time history
• Notification content data
• Location history
• Goals, milestones, routines, and challenge data
• Any stored reports or summaries

Anonymised, aggregated analytics data (which cannot be linked back to you) may be retained for product improvement purposes.

• In-app deletion: Data removal begins immediately and is completed within 30 days
• Email request: Processed within 7 business days; data removal completed within 30 days of confirmation

During this period, your data is inaccessible and queued for permanent deletion.

• Account deletion is irreversible — once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered
• If the KidzPAN Child App is installed on your child's device, we recommend uninstalling it after account deletion
• Deleting your account also removes all parental controls and monitoring on linked child devices
